Dejan Jovanović

Founder and Principal Geologist | MSc | EurGeol | QP/CP

Exploration geologist with 18+ years across project generation, exploration, and development in Europe, North America, Africa, and Australia. Began his career at Rio Tinto and went on to work for multiple public companies as an exploration geologist and in senior management roles before founding FrontFinders.

A detail-driven geologist with a strong focus on people and safety, Dejan has managed exploration efforts on over 50 projects from greenfield stage through project development. He has acted as CP/QP since 2019 and is author or co-author of more than 200 technical reports, from desktop studies through scoping stage.

Robert (Bob) J. Kellie

Principal Adviser | BSc | PG | QP/CP

Professional geologist with 40+ years in global mineral exploration and project evaluation. Spent 26 years at Rio Tinto across successively senior roles, ending as Chief Geoscientist of the Project Generation Group, with responsibility for global targeting and ranking across borates, lithium, potash, sodium carbonate, and talc.

Has directly led or contributed to six major discoveries across North America, Europe, and Asia, including the Jadar lithium-borate deposit in Serbia, the Blacks Fork trona deposit in Wyoming, Ryan Gulch nahcolite in Colorado, Kazan trona in Turkey, the Lorca halite deposit in Spain, and the Rembrandt epithermal gold deposit in Nevada. Recipient of the 2015 SME Robert M. Dreyer Award for contributions to applied economic geology.

Vladimir Šuluburić

Principal Geologist | MSc | EurGeol | QP/CP

Economic geologist with 17+ years across mining and exploration, with senior evaluation and targeting roles across the Western Tethyan Belt and the Central Asian Orogenic Belt. Earlier career as an underground production geologist and brownfield exploration lead gives him a direct grounding in the relationship between near-mine geology and the deposit models that explain it.

Deposit-type focus across porphyry, epithermal, skarn, and VMS systems. Commodity experience covering copper, gold, lead, zinc, and nickel.

Marko Krstić

Senior Geologist and GIS Specialist | MSc

Senior geologist with 18+ years across greenfield and brownfield programmes targeting Cu-Ag, Pb-Zn, and Au. Specialises in 3D geological modelling, geochemical analysis, GIS development, and the integration of drill and surface data into auditable project databases. Marko has a near-wizard ability to turn raw numbers into detailed interpretation and drill-ready targets, and is fluent across the full exploration cycle from surface mapping and sampling through drilling and post-campaign data interpretation. He has contributed significantly to the discovery of major Cu-Au high-sulphidation and porphyry Cu-Au deposits along the Tethyan Belt.

Deposit-type experience covering porphyry and high-sulphidation Cu-Au systems, hybrid SEDEX-VMS massive sulphide mineralisation, sediment-hosted Pb-Zn-Ag, polymetallic Pb-Zn-Sn-Ag-Au sulphide veins, and mesothermal gold veins. Fieldwork has included surface and underground geological mapping, RC and diamond core logging, structural analysis, drill hole planning and supervision, and the build-out of project GIS and 3D model environments.

Bryan A. Kellie

Obrad Kecman

GIS Expert and Database Manager | MSc

Geological data and GIS specialist with the FrontFinders network since June 2024. Foundational industry experience in nickel and base-metal exploration data management, covering exploration database design and administration in MS Access (VB/SQL), GIS and map production, ore deposit 3D modelling, QA/QC procedure design, and contribution to PFS-stage technical reporting.

Also brings director-level experience from large-scale energy infrastructure projects, including a 700 MW lignite-fired power plant and an underwater lignite mine, which gives him an applied grounding in EPC coordination and integrated project delivery.

Nenad Protić

Senior Exploration Geologist | MSc

Exploration geologist with 15+ years across copper-gold porphyry and high-sulphidation epithermal systems in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and internationally. Spent six years as Regional Geologist with First Quantum Minerals, leading exploration across the Balkans. Nenad is Principal Consultant, advising companies on regional targeting, project generation, and technical evaluation.

Deposit-type experience covering copper-gold porphyry and high-sulphidation epithermal systems, sediment-hosted copper, and orogenic gold. Work has spanned generative and regional targeting, diamond and RC drilling campaigns, geological mapping, soil and stream-sediment geochemistry, drill supervision and core re-logging, and licence management, leading multidisciplinary teams of 5 to 20 across greenfield and advanced-stage projects. Milica Pešić - Georgiadis

Data Management Specialist | MSc

Data management specialist with 20+ years across mining and exploration, focused on geological data processing, validation, and database design. Has contributed to 30+ international projects on drilling, sampling, and mapping data, and on the QA/QC procedures and database structures that keep an exploration record auditable from sample collection through technical reporting.

Academic background includes nine years as assistant professor at the University of Belgrade's Department of Open Pit Planning, with continuing GIS teaching for private and government institutions. Published in national and international peer-reviewed journals on operational mine planning, GIS integration, remote sensing, and uncertainty modelling in open-pit design.
